So, some of you may remember me from my Whiteflash "Lovey Ring." He asked me a couple nights ago what I wanted in a diamond (I had already told him in detail). This time I don't get to pick it exactly how I want it (hello, I'm wearing it for the rest of my life.) So, how do I do this and make us both happy?

Can you give us a link to your last thread about your "Lovey Ring" so we know where you are coming from? Are you talking
about just picking a stone or are you talking about picking the whole ring?

Ah and it looks like "Lovey Ring" was her first (broken) engagement and now she is with someone else.

So, it would be helpful to know what he wants and what you want and either find a happy medium or figure out some other way to satisfy both of you!
