Colombian Emeralds, minor oil....

New ones are the 2 bigger ones. Light colored stone is 12.288 carats and the other one is 5.122 carats with a halo. Set in 18K gold with diamond accents. The bigger stone is a shade shy away of becoming a green beryl and a doppelgänger of green paraibas but has a lovely glow because of the chromium content in Colombians...all ring fluoresce a weak red under UV.

Beautiful and stunning!
And thanks for the side shots. It is such an important aspect of a ring. I wish more PSers would show the galleries and undersides of their bling!

Beautiful and timeless!

I adore the band on the 12 carat! It's something new for me!

5ct is the perfect Mama Bear ring though! Just right!!!

Had reset my natural colored pink diamond stud earrings and solitaire ring into a 3-rowed pavé semi-dome halo setting in rose 18k gold.

First image are untreated sapphires from Umba and Myanmar. 32 year old forgotten stock. The sapphires I’ll make into a necklace. I added some stones I purchased at the Thai border. So the whites and blues are Burmese and the rest from Umba. Not the best quality and I don’t plan to recut them....I’ll set them in rose gold with diamonds in between but would like an antique feel.sizes from 3+ carats to 16+ carats. Total shy of 250 carats total. Daylight outdoor photo.

2nd photo are just some cheap type A jadeite cabs I got from the border....the carved ones @Burmesedaze bought for me at a Chinese auction. daylight outdoor photo.

3rd photo are colorless and natural colored fancy diamonds. Some with GIA and local reports. LED light photo.

4th photo, my grape agate necklace, Gibson meteorite bead bracelets and a lavender blue jadeite bracelet with 24k gold beads and a pixiu. LED light photo.

5th 6th, and 7th, 8th pics are the paraibas, purple tourmalines, pink spinel and colorchange and yellow unheated sapphires. since I wore my big light emerald, I got compliments from it so I kinda am going big now with simple classic settings. I also got colorless and natural vivid yellow and pink diamond melees....I’m thinking which to place between the sapphires. Microscope headlight and LED light photos.

the pear purple tourmalines from Mozambique are dark....not sure if I’ll try to heat them...4.32 Ans 8.15 carats....the carved one from Nigeria at 28.44 carats.

The magenta stone is an unheated Cuprinol at 7.31 carats, Mozambique. The blue green is a 5.34 carats Mozambique and the smaller clean one is a 3.27 carats Afghan.

The pink spinel is African, included with a sight window I can close but the color can look like cubic zirconia! Bright and vivid at 4.84 carats.

The unheated color change umba sapphire cab is 16.16carats and the unheated yellow sapphire is Ceylon at 9.82 carats.

9th photo is with goldsmith....on the works are some diamond stars with invisible setting and garnet stars for earrings. :)

Congratulations on completing your studies! What lovely and interesting things. Really fabulous that you have a grape agate necklace and a Gibson meteorite bracelet. And, love the jade beads and purple tourmalines! But everything is lovely.

I love grape agates! I had to go back for it 3x because the stall was closed (owner was in Mecca). Note much grape agate necklaces. It was the only one. I also got a mineral specimen. :)

The gold and jade bracelet I strung myself, and I just stumbled on the gibeon meteorite but loving it.

That’s so awesome @Seaglow !
I wish I could find a grape agate necklace! I keep finding rings and pendants which are too chunky looking . If you happen to come across a nice looking one, please let me know? I LOVE yours. It’s fantastic.

Jeez, Seaglow, when you post, you post with a vengeance!! My favorite is the 5.34 Mazambique, it just jumps off the page. That grape agate specimen is to die for. Last trip to Tucson I bought these two specimens and because I'm not organized I couldn't tell you what they are...to me they are pretties that I see everyday and make me happy. The sad looking copper tree had lots more leaves before my new kitten decided they were edible...

Also, I scrolled back through this thread and it seems that I call you every couple of months!

Maybe it’s a Madeira Citrine and the other looks like quartz stalagmites...whatever they are, they’re pretty!

Candy colors! Daylight photo.

The Buddha carving is a brown zircon I bought in Cambodia a long time ago and the Ganesh carving (popular in Thailand) is iolite.

The cobalt blue!!!

Very high demand for the Luc Yen cobalt blue. I’ve been asked to let go of this but keeping it. Cobalt blues are usually included so a cleanish Luc Yen cobalt is hard to find.

@Burmesedaze got me the apple green and purple bangles. The black, the green with yellow specks, and bluish green I got in Thailand.

The apple green bangle pairs well with my emerald rings and my landscape pendant.
