Scott Kay Question

I really like this Scott Kay setting from Pearlman''s http://www.pearlmansjewelers.com/jewelry-designers/scott-kay-jewelry/rings/98U1/105/

Do they make a similar setting in either a 1.8mm or 2.0mm width?

If not will the difference between a 2.2mm width from 1.8mm be noticeable?

I would just call or email Pearlmans and ask them. There is a very small difference between a 1.8mm ring and a 2.2mm ring but 2.2 is still very dainty IMO.
