Scatter or Jazz style with gemstones?

Ok, all this lurking around on pricescope has me thinking....

I have an idea for either a scatter type ring (tiffany etoile?) or Jazz (also tiffanyish) ring, or maybe a channel eternity, but using my kids'' birthstones. Does anyone have anything like that? Any pictures? Any idea who could make something like it? The stones would be 2 rubies, 1 aquamarine or ratios of those. Pictures would be vastly appreciated!
