Sarin Report/GIA Differ?

I am getting ready to purchase a 2.21 carat Princess cut square diamond (according to the GIA). I got the Sarin report which states the calc. weight as 2.17. Why the difference? There are other slight variations as well. The GIA states the length as 7.55mm while the Sarin says 7.52mm. What's the deal?

Calculated weight is not 100% exact. It's based on the measurements which have limited accuracy. Carat weight is the easiest thing to measure. I wouldn't worry about it.
