While looking at the pictures of princess diamonds on the following site...
http://www.superbcert.com/products/index.cfm?Product_Group_ID=1&Product_Category_ID=4
I noticed two 0.84 F VS1 Ideal diamonds. One (the first one on the page) looks darker than the other (5th one down). I know these are photos, but why such a visible difference?
The darker one has depth/table 72.1/62. The brighter one is 73.7/58 and has very good polish as opposed to good polish.
Does the picture mean anything about the relative brightness of them? Do the specs say something about the different look? I''m asking because if I order online, I am trusting the specs to bring me a good looking rock.
How can you trust, when looking at the specs, that you have a good "looking" rock?
