Got email from Lisa this morning.

If any of you are looking for a nice-sized tsav or tanzanite at good price, check with Lisa. The tanz is 4.08 ct and topnotch color. The tsav is 2.40 and a good good color.

I wish I could pick that tsav up today, ARG.

Harriet already has one (giggle) so maybe another PS-er?

I didn''t get the email...

How much is the Tsav and can you post a pic?

Lisa''s notes on the Tsav:

The second stone is a 2.40ct Tsavorite Garnet from the new find in Tanzania. Again, it''s amazing colour and a great cut. Eye clean, 8x8x5.13mm. Regular price $3840, sale price $2496.

And Chrono, thanks for trying!

Worth pointing out that Lisa''s prices are in Canadian dollars. Although I understand she can bill in US dollars as well as accept returns to a US address.

Not that I can ever imagine returning one of her stones!

Gailey, I believe the loonie to dollar exchange rate is about even these days.

Harriet, you know how to strike fear, don''t you?!?!?! If you ever branch out into jewelry for toes and navel we are ALL in trouble!

Novel and chrono, will check more carefully next time.

For some reason I have the roughest time trying to navigate her site...

How do you get to see her catalog? I''ve searched her site up and down for it! I did download it once, but I had to do a lot of Googling and I don''t remember where I found it (I think it was another forum).

I do, too. I can''t get things to open right when I click on them and the scroll-over part is hard for me. But when I finally get in, I like what I see!

Does anyone have any of her stones? I''m wondering about the quality of the cut. Thank you.

If you send her an e-mail Indy, she will email you the catalogue and put her on your mailing list.

The quality of Lisa''s cutting is absolutely top notch. I have a rubellite from her that is simply stunning. Here''s a link to my thread

Correct; it seems most of them tend to be listed only in her catalogue.

Lisa''s website is more of a gallery than an on-line shopping facility. I believe she updates her catalogue about every two months or so. If you send her an e-mail she will send you a copy of her catalogue by return.

making the grade,

i have the same problem with lisa''s website!

HI:

Wish I could buy one of these gorgeous babies--if Gailey''s rubellite is any indication of (color/cut) quality, I''d be happy with either!!

cheers--Sharon

Well I think you might just be too late for the tsav! But I ''spec Lisa''s got some more in her swag bag from her recent trip!

Is it OK to ask for her email? When I googled her I found a list of stores selling her products, and that was all. Once she posted a link to her catalogue but when I clicked on the link it said that the link had been removed.

Sorry for bothering you. I have done it all.

Wow! I love the Tsav especially but both are amazing stones.
