Ruby & Diamond Wedding Band from Dover Jewelry

This just arrived to my Mom's house, and will be making its way to me (in Paris) in the next few days with my Mom, who will be visiting me

I was looking for a wedding band for my asscher solitaire, and initially wanted a diamond eternity. But I started looking at ruby channel bands, and loved the idea of wearing my fiancee's birthstone in my band. The ones I saw listed online were either too thick or out of my price range. Then I saw this band on Dover Jewelry (remembering Gypsy's beautiful emerald version - Thanks Gypsy!), and decided to go for it, as the price ($499 with shipping) seemed right! The posting also said "not sizable" but it was sized up from 6.5 to 7.

Here are some shots my Mom took outside. The photos on Dover made the rubies seem a bit darker, but I love how bright they look! I can't wait to see how it looks with my e-ring...Hope it works!

Nope, turns out there is one little metal piece with no rubies which can be sized. You can see it on the vendor website - http://www.doverjewelry.com/index.php?page=products&id=4907 - the part with no holes in it. Not quite sure why they said it wasn't sizable, but I'm glad I asked!

I will post some photos when it gets to me in a few days. Really hoping it will fit with my e-ring, but if not, it could be stand alone or as Enerchi said, the start of a stacker collection.

Hi everyone!
Sorry for the delay in posting photos - my Mom forgot to bring the ring with her to Paris, so I saw it for the first time a week before my wedding. I got married last Saturday, and now I get to wear my pretty ruby band all the time. I really love it - the color of the rubies is red/purple, and they are very vivid, just like in the photos. It is definitely making me want a big ruby ring!! The diamonds are sparkly but don't take away from my asscher engagement ring. I might get a thin spacer band in the future to keep the band from being hidden by my e-ring. Here are some photos I took with my phone:

Congrats on the band!!! Gypsy has the emerald version and I have the sapphire one from Dover. I think there is only a diamond and onxy version left. I wonder what PSer will get that one!
