well its been just over a year
so time for a bit of a recap
i have started the video at the most impressive part so you might have to go back to the start
about Queen Victoria's small diamond crown that she wears on her her statues all over the commonwealth
here she is in my home town, Dunedin NZ
seems the small crown fall out of favor as fashions changed into the 20th century but Queen Alexandra did wear it (below and above) ......it would look lovely on Catherine's dark hair ...
also in the video is some interesting stuff on Queen Charlottes small crown that was the inspiration for Victoria's one, it seems it went back to the Hanoverians with those other jewels
however it has at least been worn in the 20th C on two Hanoverian brides, it seems its more of a hair orniment than a crown
