When I saw the words, "should I translate this?" I thought I was going to see a quotation in an exotic language. At least Bulgarian, Bobby! A language that you would expect most of us readers who post from the US; the UK; Canada; and Australia not to be familiar with! Then I saw it was merely French! I would say that it's probably not necessary for you to translate French here, but thank you for offering. You are always a gentleman.

Bobby,
Because I'm thai and interest in thai royal family and others asian royal courts.I have no idea about HM's health issues ,after Princess Galyani Vadhhana's funeral in 2008 I looked him sitting on a wheel-chair from then.He gets much better than his last birthday celebration ,looked so tired and (maybe)couldn't control his hands. On 20 April 2012 their Majesties visited the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, locally called Wat Phra Kaew, to observe mural paintings on the gallery surrounding the temple’s Uposotha.

Thanky youfor the reply and explanation, AmayasV! Much appreciated :)

The princess in pink and two row pearls in the last photo is princess Clulabhorn ,the youngest daugther of HM. Princess Srirasmi didn't attend the event. IMP the colour doesn't matter its depennd on their testse.

Thank you once again. I had totally forgotten that TM have another daughter.

LOL :D
Well, I obviously don't know what languages posters here speak and since English in the official one here, I wondered if perhaps I should translate the announcement. Not that that words used are much different from those in English :P

what webbsites do you look through if you want to have your info on royal jewllery

Obviously this one ;)
I also visit The Royal Forums, RJWMB, Dutch Royal Jewels and Royal-Magazin.de (though it is rather hard to navigate).
These's also this site about Danish Royal Jewels - Link and this one (mostly photos) about the French royal jewels - Link. What I like about Ferench site are the scanned pages of the catalogue from the 1887 auction of the Crown Jewels.

Nice :)
I wonder with how many drops/pendants we've seen Mary wear this diamond earrings? The original diamond loops (my fav version), corals, pearls, now these purple stones. Any other pendants?

Actually, Josefine, the gala was held just the other night, on the day when you responded to my post ;)

The Queen wore her own diamond tiara as necklace (for yet another time...), a pair of long-unseen earrings in the form of a curve and her fav pearl bracelet with HM's monogram on the clasp. Not visible in the photos, Queen Silvia alos wore the WCF's bracelet and her double faced watch.

PS: Her Majesty was dressed in a white dress by Yuki (sadly covered by a stole), last seen at a rep gala dinner at Stockholms Slott.

Princess Madeleine didn't wear anything of importance, though I must say that she looked very nice ;)

Last night, TM The King & The Queen of Norway attended a State dinner given by President & Mrs Komorowska (of Poland) in TM's honour. Queen Sonja wore her modern gold tiara with the diamond centerpiece. It can be assumed that HM also wore the all-diamond center of the choker (which is my least fav part of the parure!). The Queen's gown is a repeat from the State Visit to Slovenia in 2011.

On the following day (today, that is), Queen Sonja wore a necklace that had been presented to her by the First couple:

HRH The Crown Princess of Denmark wore parts of Queen Desideria's ruby parure at a formal dinner in their honour hosted by the Prime Minister of South Korea. HRH wore the latest version of the earrings, the bracelet and the ruby ring:

I was wrong that Mary only wore the earrings, ring and bracelet. Looking at more photos, I noticed that HRH had the diamond hair pins at the back of do. They are slightly visible in this photo:

Thank you Jesefine! These photos of Princess Ingeborg of Sweden (nee of Denmark) are new to me. For some reason (even though I don't know much about HRH) I've always had a soft spot for her and her descendants.

I think this photo of Count Axel & Countess Jutta, taken before the gala concert for HM The Queen's 70th birthday, is a nice addition and marks the forth generation wearing the tiara, orginally a wedding present to the Princess.

Bobby-

Do you have any close-ups of Queen Sonja's "modern gold tiara with the diamond centerpiece" and the "all-diamond center of the choker"? I do not recall having seen them and they look really beautiful in the long shot you posted!
