Rounds with Tapered Baguettes...and pave?

I am currently looking to reset my 1.82 round into a lovely tapered baguette setting. I am working with WF on this custom project but need some help I want to do a basket head tapered baguette side stone setting possibly with three sided pave. Does anyone have any shots of this? I love the look of the Tiffany round with tapered baguettes but wanted to add some pave for a little sparkle. Any comments, suggestions?

Have you checked on Leon Mege''s site? I glanced over there and although most are cushions or ECs they might give you some idea of how your could look.
