if diamonds is as represented and have GIA or AGS grading report, it sounds not bad indeed.

what about EGL?

EGL Belgium or Israel can be less strict. EGL NY USA is stricter. Still diamonds with EGL report cost less in the trade than same diamods with GIA report.
