Unfortunately neither is well cut. You need to be looking at Excellent or Ideal cut stones (Cut Grade).

Use the HCA tool to weed out stones. Any stone that scores 2 or under is worth a further look (idealscope if possible).

Welcome! I would suggest starting with these measurements to have a good chance of getting a well cut stone:

These are measurements to help you stay in ideal cut territory with a GIA excellent cut stone.

table: 54-58

depth: 60-62.3

crown angle: 34-35.0 (up to 35.5 crown angle can sometimes work with a 40.6 pav angle)

pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 (sometimes 41.0 if the crown angle is close to 34)

Neither stone that you listed would fall close to the parameters we'd recommend. I also would not consider SI2 clarity if you have not seen it and examined it carefully because it may not be eyeclean and it may have inclusions that affect the brilliance of the stone.
