I am helping out a friend who is looking at getting engaged. He is looking at the following stone:

It ranks a 1.3 on the HCA with the following specs:
Light Return Excellent
Fire Excellent
Scintillation Excellent
Spread Very Good

Would this be a good stone for him to use or would you recommend another?
