rough green 81 carats

got hold of this rough emerald. size is 81 carats, the source is Zarkhan mine in Panjshir. the total lot was around 800 carats. difficult to judge but could I get something around 10 carats clean (different sizes ofcourse) from it?

miners in panjshir are growingly using better equipment and hence we seem more larger stones in the local market in Afghanistan

Its pretty hard to tell from the photos. Actually unless the stone is looking like glass a cutter usually cant tell from a photo, especially if a light has to be used to show the clarity and color. Are you in Kabul?
