What is the size distribution of rough diamonds. For example, what percentage by weight of rough diamonds produced are smaller than 0.10 carats, 0.11 to 0.5 carats, 0.51 to 0.75 carats, 0.76 to .99 carats, 1 to 2 carats, 2 to 3 carats and larger than 3 carats. Apparently, only one in 10,000 rough stones exceeds one carat in size.
