Rose or Yellow gold? Can't decide!!

Hi!!
Long time no visit! Hi all!

So I'm in the market for a necklace that looks like the Elsa Peretti diamonds by the yard solitaire necklace.

I found an etsy shop that makes them.

My only dilemma is deciding on yellow or rose gold!!

I need you expert advice... What looks more timeless???

I do notice that rose gold blends with my natural skin tone, but I still wear it.

If rose gold is more flattering, I say go with rose. But I tend to think of yellow gold as more timeless.

I'm in the minority but I like the yellow gold against your skin better. I too adore rose gold but it blends into my skin tone too much where yellow gold "pops." I think the yellow gold pops against your skin tone.

I decided on rose gold!

I will post pictures of the necklace when I receive it!
I'll also include the shop name if it's better than I expect!

As far are yellow gold, I love it too.
I just felt that this would go best with either white or yellow gold if I wanted to layer it.

I voted for yellow because it's more pure and timeless. They both look good on you. Sometimes rose gold looks a little fake and coppery to me.

Well, I finally received the necklace.
It's rose gold, and I'm not thrilled with it..

The quality is excellent, but the color doesn't look good on me as I thought it would

I can't return it since I had it made 18in long.

Anyone interested in taking it off my hands?
