Well, I love it! I do wish it was set without the side stones though because I'm not a side stone girl. As a solitaire though, yes it's enormous, but if it was mine I'd wear the hell out of it

I read somewhere it's 30cts, I'd believe it, because when I was in my late teens, someone gave me a ring-pop CZ ring (it was the equivalent of a 25ct I remember) and they look about the same size. And I wore the hell out of my ring-pop CZ until it literally broke

Agree, from an aesthetic POV, no side stones would show more finger, look more graceful and youthful. When a large diamond is put on a delicate setting, it looks “carefree” to me. She can always reset it later… Congratulations to the beautiful couple.
