Rolex all gold 31mm datejust

I haven’t been here in a very long time so I apologize if this is not the correct forum. I am wondering if any if you can comment on if it is realistic to ever be able to get a 31 mm gold datjust from an AD? I have been told it can take years if ever. I have the 36 mm day date and want to sell it to get a 31mm since I am petite. ‍

I have been told by more than one dealer, that it’s easier to obtain a women's Datejust than some of the specialized men’s models, such as Daytona, Submariner, Skydweller, etc..
In fact, I recently saw a Datejust, all gold, at an AD, which could have been purchased on the spot. It was 28 mm, however.
