Just amazing-WOW!!!
Such an Oval diamond!!

Someone here is already envisioning an upgrade.

But the question is... does it have bow-tie issues? ;)

For once I’ll say who cares. :cheeky: With an oval this size i would think it can be recut.

Ovalicious :kiss2:

Looking at the pictures I was sure it was not a flawless diamond. Then I decided to do a little research to be sure. While doing so I saw a picture without all of the "stuff" on the backside of the diamond. Looks to be pretty well cut too. What a pleasure to see such a beautiful diamond, even if only in a picture. Thanks for starting the thread Rad_Fan.

Wink, I questioned about the clarify too at first, but what do I know.

Call me crazy...I thought I have heard the term,Type IIa, from almost every important jewel sale offered by the big auction houses. Are Type IIa big diamonds really THAT rare, if they do come up for sale a few times/yr?

Maybe this is just another creative/fun way for the world's 1% to part their money?

As I understand it big diamonds are very rare, perhaps one or two a year?

And Type IIa stones are also very rare.

So the combination together is most unusual!

Dear Easter Bunny, I want one like that in my basket. :kiss2:

If they can find a match I'd upgrade my studs.

Just for a joke I'd like them to call and request a 3-stone setting to compliment this center diamond.

Oh, I'm certain there is a PSer who would halo it.
