Ritani switched videos

Just a word to the wise. Ritani sent me the incorrect video for a diamond on Friday. I caught it today with another customer service rep today bc I needed another video. The inclusions looked too familiar, and sure enough, the previous rep had emailed the incorrect video. Buyer Beware!

When they send you the video link, there's a STOCK NUMBER embedded in the link. Between the stock #, IGI# and SKU#, hopefully everyone can triple check that the video matches up with the stone. Maybe this is why everyone should also do their own legwork at home - Idealscope or loupe or ASET, etc?

Anyway, wondered what ppl (esp @Kim N) think of these as a pair. Since I'm the only one who knows the SKU# of the videos, I'm not worried about poachers this time!

Good catch with the incorrect video. The new stone appears to have blue nuance and isn't cut as well as the original one.

The new vid is actually the stone we thought we liked! Dodged a bullet there!

Gonna take my time and keep searching ... no rush ... the hunt is half the game!
