Ritani engagement ring is here!!!

It's here it's here it's hereeee Presenting to you my Ritani engagement ring (from Pearlman's)!!! Thank you PS for all the direct and indirect help (gleaned from endless PS stalking!). I'm in love! Here are some pictures...they are not great quality but I wanted to share right away. I'll update with better pics later and when we (ever) get some sunshine!

Specs: 0.7ct I VS2 GIA 3X (sourced by Pearlman's) in a size 5 platinum Ritani french set halo setting (0.45ct halo/pave G/H VS)

Our story: We've been together for almost 11 years now. While the whole proposal/engagement ring is not strictly part of our culture/traditions, we still wanted to do it, more as a sentimental milestone for us. We picked out the diamond and setting together earlier. He surprised me with the ring and 9 other gifts (to mark our ten years) last night!

Other supplementary gifts, let's see - chocolates, flowers, scrapbook with our photos over the years, a dress, dinner at a fancy restaurant, promise for a trip somewhere ( which we never took!), and I can't remember the rest
