Ritani Endless Love?

Hi there!

I am a first time poster, long time lurker . I'm currently obsessed with the Ritani Endless Love solitaire setting ([URL='https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/ritani-rings.22547/']https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/ritani-rings.22547/[/URL]) but am having a hard time finding it. I chatted with a Ritani rep and they referred me to this setting: http://www.ritani.com/engagement-rings/diamond-micropave-band-engagement-ring-in-platinum/5035

However, I'm comparing the two and the one on their website seems a little off to me. First, the band width seems to be slightly thicker. Second, the sides of the ring seem to come up a little higher than the ring posted on the pricescope link. (More of a cathedral setting maybe? Forgive me, I'm a newb and not sure off all the terminology)

Are these rings different or am I being crazy and nitpicky?

The center stone on Ritani's site looks to be about 0.75-1ct, while the PS member's RB is 2ct, so the PSer's shank will look thinner. I think they have always been 2mm wide.

As for as design, they changed it a while back, making the head a little closer together in the base. I assume it was done that way so the band will stack more flush? I have a newer one and it looks like a mix of the two.

Yeah, it looks a bit like the style has changed a bit, but again you have to figure the center stone is a lot bigger than the one on the site. The pictures on the site make the setting look reallly bulky. Almost like they're CADs of the setting and not the real thing.

Ft can't push her own thing but I wanted to say depending on budget you should look at this! It took a fairly large asscher, but would be beautiful if you found one to fit.

I've seen I'd jewelry take a setting and try and find a stone to fit. Then set it for a PS er.

Thanks for the responses! I thought it looked a bit different and yes, I can see how the (much!) larger stone makes the band look thinner.

Thanks also for posting the resell. I wish I could fit it - I wear significantly higher than a size 4 so I don't know if resizing would be possible. Plus I have my heart set on a round brilliant (although no where near as large as the PSer whose ring I posted... maybe someday though!)
