My cousin wears one - I saw it when I was visiting the States recently. I''m sorry I don''t have a pic, but I can confirm that it is a really beautiful setting in real life. It doesn''t overwhelm the centre diamond, yet it''s still really pretty and quite unusual. I loved it and I would love one (I''m a dedicated EC wearer but that ring really spoke to me!).
