RingDesigner.com?

Has anyone purchased a diamond or a full ring through RingDesiger.com? Are they reputable? Any advice would be most welcome.

Nice guy and very earnest. Good for basic stuff. I had an issue with the engraving when I bought my DH's ring, but supposedly they have a new engraver. A friend of mine had a custom-made ring done and it was not a good experience. I think he's not very detail-oriented, so I'd go elsewhere for anything custom.
