ring turning to the side

Sorry for asking such a silly question but maybe some of you have tricks that I should know about

My ring keeps on turning to the side and I was wondering if there''s anyway to prevent this or to keep it straight all the time.

I have sizing beads in mine. It still turns slightly, but not as badly as it would without them in. They are a little uncomfortable at first, but you do get used to them.

I didnt even know about that. What is a sizing bead? Can I have my jeweller do that and is it expensive? Thanks for the info!!!

They put little beads of gold inside the band. I have also heard they are uncomfortable at first but they get used to them.
