Ring Sizing

I just gave my girlfriend her engagement ring and she completely loves it. However, for some reason the ring is a tad loose on her hand and we think that she should get it sized a tad smaller. Does anyone know a place in the Chicagoland area where we could get the ring sized and still be able to watch the process being done?
