Ring prongs rotated?

Hi everyone, I proposing soon and recently purchased this 6 prong ring from James Allen. I noticed that the all the prongs appeared to be rotated slightly counterclockwise, so the top and bottom prong don't look like their perpendicular to the band. Maybe I'm just paranoid and focusing too much? What do guys think? Would this be something that you would send back to get fixed?

Yes, agree with you, the prongs are definitely off centre. I’d ask to have them fixed.

Yup, definitely rotated. Would drive me bananas! They'll fix it for you (or they should anyway).

Wow, that’s really disappointing. Sorry you’ve had this happen, but best to get it handled now. Really bad reflection on them.

It looks as though all of the prongs are off, suggesting that the entire head is off.

It’s really surprising that any jeweller would let it go like that! Definitely need to get them to fix it.
