Ring Poss Russian? Help with ID please.

Hello everyone.

My Mum came to visit yesterday and asked if she could use the internet to ID a ring she purchased from a local car boot sale. She is intrigued of its origin. We couldn't find much info, and i wondered if anyone could give me any info please....Ive attached some pictures. Is it worth millions??!!

It is a relatively modern Russian hallmark showing that the setting is made out of silver. My guess is that the ring holds a synthetic stone.
