Hi, I can’t tell from the photo the colour of the metal. Is it hallmarked? Even without a hallmark a jeweller or pawnbroker could test t for you.
The gems are a red orange colour so they might be Hessonite garnet. The ring style is antique circa 1900 - 1940 and looks well loved / worn.

Thanks for replying Bron! I did check and apparently, the metal is silver. I'm emphasising the antique feel because its a present for my girlfriend haha. I wasn't able to find a hallmark, unfortunately.
