Ring identification

It was my grandmother's. That's all I know. It has a stamped or engraved mark of 14k lgf es. I can't find any information on its value. I've been told it means gold filled and by Joseph Esposito on facebook, but a search done by me is yielding nothing. Anyone have more information would be appreciated
