Ring identification help

I bought this ring when I was 20 or so on a flea market. It has accompanied me for many years and I love it‘s simplicity but yet it‘s also special in a way. It‘s rose gold and that‘s about all I know. No idea from when it dates or even what this style is called. Any ideas?
