Ring designer: who would you choose?

Hi all! New to this forum, but have already found a lot of great advice.

I'm looking to have an engagement setting made and seem to be between two designers. Thoughts/experience on Mark Turnowski (brilliantly engaged) vs Maytal Hannah?
I’ve looked through popular designers who offer hand forged, and these two are best suited style and budget wise.

Pave round halo, with pave on edge as well. Flush mount stems, diamonds down sides of band.
I love victor Canera, but he’s a little pricey for me.
