Ring and other items I came accross

Hoping I can get some input if any of this is worth getting looked at. Quick story behind it. I specialize in coins and got coin jewellery from 1800’s and this was with it. There are no stamps or markings...maybe rubbed off?

If there is anything that stands out from the lot I can provide better photos.

Looks like all silver, maybe sterling. Maybe from India, Pakistan, Middle East?
That yellowish stone in the ring looks like it was flipped backwards.
Interesting stuff. I like the cuff bracelets.

There used to be a shop near my house that sold thing the owner picked up on her world wide travels. The larger bracelet and bell remind me of stuff she sold as "tribal" jewelry from the "stans" - Afghanistan, Kurdistan, etc.
