My fiancee has an antique engagement ring and we just received her wedding band today. When she puts the wedding band on, it is much brighter than the other. I believe it is probably Rhodium plated from what I''ve read on these forums.
My question is: can/how do you remove the Rhodium from the Platinum? I know it will eventually wear off... but the engagement ring is about 80 years ahead! Is there some sort of polish I can use? Toothpaste? Google isn''t helping me much on this
