Retreive lab report company

Is this possible to retreive a lab report company only with a number in a ring (no paperwork)?

The number is "US21872308".

Maybe it''s someone''s item or job number for the ring, but to me it looks like an EGL USA certificate number as well. I went to their site and tried to look it up, but it fails. I''m not sure what type of stone is in the ring, but if you take the number you have and add the letter "D" to the end, the EGL site shows up a 0.39ct E I1 princess Cut diamond with medium blue flourescence. Is that what you have?

The auction present the diamond as H SI1 but the size is .39 ct and it''s a princess cut.
