Pardon the departure here from normal diamond related talk but many posters here know Judi Wolf as a longtime Whiteflash employee. We just had a retirement party for Judi today!
She was one of the original team at Whiteflash assembled over 17 years ago. Judi performed many functions here over the years and was most heavily involved in inventory control. She will be the first to admit to being a little OCD so having her in charge of making sure every diamond, every ring, and every part were accounted for was a job few could have done as well as Judi!
Some of you also know that Judi Wolf was our very own company poet laureate
She would always mark important Whiteflash events with a poem. When we were visited by a group of pricescopers who came to view the Esperanza diamond while it was on display here, Judi had written a poem especially for them.
Her creativity, passion, and dedication were an inspiration to all of us. Her contributions are ingrained in our company culture and she will always be a part of us. We had a great time celebrating her today and wanted to share it with those of you who know her. Some pics attached.
Fun facts: Judi is a purple aholic who was actually in attendance at Woodstock!

(the designer cake was made by our own Becca Eastman and featured amethyst-like purple rock candy crystals cascading down one side). Almost too pretty to eat. Almost.)
