I emailed WF today with a picture of the ideal ring for my girfriend and asked for a quote. I sent the email early this morning. Just wondering what the normal response time is for WF.

They usually respond within a day or two. Best thing is to follow up with a phone call. They get a ton of emails. Good luck!!

I was just talking to Lesley at WF the day before yesterday and she said that they were short-handed and very busy, but I have always found them to be excellent on response time. Remember, too, that there may be time difference. And if you don''t hear back as quickly as you like, you can always call. They are very friendly! Plus, you might get to hear Lesley''s cool accent!

SB, they are usually very good about getting back to you within 2 days. The last time I contacted them, I got a computer-generated rsponse thanking me for my inquiry and let me know they would be contacting me in a day or so with the answer to my question. I did indeed get a response within a day, which I thought was fantastic.

Spill it . . . . . . . . . .

sparkle buyer, I have worked with WF and the response time has always been no more than a day or two. I would also suggest calling if you''d like to know the answer to you question fairly quickly. Emails can too easily get lost or spammed. I like to call first, get assigned to someone to work with and then we can usually email back and forth from then on.

Don''t forget that it''s getting close to Valentine''s Day, which I''m sure is a very busy time of year for them.

If you haven''t already heard back, then give them a ring.

Definitely follow up with a phone call - at least that will alert them to be on the lookout for your email.
