Resizing unusual ring

Just celebrated our 10 year anniversary and i need to resist my platinum wedding band. Problem is, it's an ergonomic finger shaped ring. Does anyone know of a jeweller, preferably Australian, that can resize this?

I’m in Sydney and my jeweller is at Town Hall (Station) Arcade, Jarrett Jewellers.
The exit going to the Red Cross Blood Bank.
Im not sure how resizing works with a ring that shape but one issue with platinum is unless you know “the alloy mix” you can get a slight difference in colour.
Can you not send it to the manufacturer for resizing?

Thanks, i can travel there no problems. I reached out to the jeweller who made it (bought it off an Etsy seller in the US) but she has not yet replied to me.
