Reset diamond earrings for body piercing ?

I have a pair of small studs that have sentimental value that I never wear. I would like to get them reset as studs for cartilage ear piercing either as studs or a curved bar with both diamonds on either end. I have been unable to find a jeweler to do this. Does anyone have any recommendations ?

Resetting them into studs shouldn't be a problem at all. You may have to get the curved bar option custom made though -

If you have them made into studs, be sure to get extra long posts -- I have a stud I bought for my cartilage piercing and it's not comfortable because it has a standard length post. Also, for some reason the diamond looks much bigger when it sits high on my ear than it does in my lobe (could be a good thing or not, depending on the look you are going for).

Try Venus by Maria Tash, maybe? They did all of my piercings, and they have gorgeous high-end body jewelry. I dunno if they do custom work, but I can't imagine why they'd be averse ....
