I have a 3 carat E VS1 round brilliant diamond. I am trying to resell with the best offer. However, jewelry houses and dealers are offering way below than what it costs. What is the fair price I should get when reselling this so I know when not to make a deal? How should I go about this? I can wait for the best offers. THANKS
