Resale value of Hearts on fire fulfillment pendant 1.05carat

I am thinking about selling my hearts on fire fulfillment pendant and trying to figure out what the resale value on it would be. I have read on pricescope and a few other websites that they inflate their prices a lot. WHat's the best way for me to go about selling it? Or what should I expect to get for it. Original retail price was $7000. The center stone is .60 and the 10 surrounding diamonds are .495total set in 18k white gold.

I am seeing HoF pendants listed around 50-60% off the original price. You can see them on ebay. Dimka has a lot of new ones listed that they got from a jewelry store.

JMO, of course, but I would NOT try ebay. Most people there do not have the same level of expertise. They want their diamonds big and as cheap as possible. As you can see by the above link, hof's do not resell well on ebay unless the price is fantastic.

Also, I would be concerned with someone swapping it out for a cheaper diamond and sending it back demanding a refund. Or in the case soon on ebay, they can just claim there is a problem, demand partial payment back, and no longer even have to return the item back to you. And ebay will give it to them.

I have sold on ebay for years, but would no longer list an expensive piece of jewelry on there, as sellers have practically no rights any more.

Here is the completed page for all ebay hearts on fire products. Sites such as Dimka and diamonddr16 seem to get about 50% of retail. Mom and pop sellers - 1/4 to 1/3 of retail price.
