Requesting feedback on 1.72ct lab round

I'm seeking some guidance on this lab-grown round. After reading a bunch of threads here in the forums, my understanding is that the 34 crown and 40.7 pavillion angles might not be perfectly complimentary, and the table is on the higher end of what's recommended, which could mean the stone leans more towards brilliance than fire. I'll likely purchase an ASET scope as another check. Plan is to put this in a yellow gold setting, so going for an E color was maybe unnecessary.

Generally speaking, I'm looking for something in the 1.6-1.8 carat range, leaning towards HPHT, and want good value for money. I don't need the absolute best of the best, but want good light performance and symmetry.

Diamond Details:
Carat: 1.72
Color: E
Clarity: VVS2
Cut: Ideal (IGI H&A)
Symmetry: Excellent
Polish: Excellent
Type: HPHT Type II
Girdle: Medium
Dimensions: 7.77-7.80 x 4.68
Pavilion Angle: 40.7
Crown Angle: 34
Table: 58%
Depth: 60.1%
Crown Depth: 14.0%
Pavilion Depth: 43.0%

Thanks!

Hello and welcome to PriceScope, owttufmudayjvstcfusj!
You did your homework and research - kudos and bravo!
You hit the nail on the head: this one will probably lean slightly towards more brilliance because of the PA/CA/TW combo, but should perform nicely altogether.
Looks like a solid choice.

Glad to hear that, I appreciate you taking a look DejaWiz!

And I have to say, that upgrade diamond you purchased for your wife is spectacular!
