I purchased unheated sapphires on Ebay. Looking at the breathtaking beautiful pics on this forum, I would like to investigate if it would be worthwhile to get the gems re-cut to bring out more beauty. Does anyone have a range of how much a re-cut would cost and have a recommendation for a gem cutter preferably in the Phoenix AZ area?
I would also like them to be set in a ring or possibly a pendant but would like the gem to touch my skin. Can anyone recommend either an online source or local jeweler where I can get mounts for reasonable price. Thanks in advance.
