reputable jewelry setter in Fort Lauderdale, FL?

can anyone recommend a jewelry setter in Fort Lauderdale, FL area?

I have a round diamond that needs to be set into a Halo setting.

I'm worried about leaving the diamond and setting at the jeweler. What can i do to prevent them from switching?

I'm tempted to go to one of the jewlers in sawgrass since I can watch the whole process from a window, but not sure about their skills.

I would go to Daouds in Fort. Lauderdale. They have been around forever. They set my stone properly.
