Reputable jewelers for custom gold necklace?

A friend of mine is looking for a company that can make her a custom gold monogram necklace charm in her Japanese name based on a sketch she would provide.

Does anyone have any company suggestions? Sorry no diamonds this time!

PS: She's from Canada if that's of interest.

It has been a few years since I made suggestions about Edmonton jewellers, but Tara Jewellers and David Keeling come to mind. I've used both.

There are many in Calgary and can help there if those near to you don't work out. BTW, I use two or three different jewellers in Calgary depending on item and complexity (and karat gold content....). Custom work is never really "inexpensive".... Let me know if you want the Calgary names.
