Which stone is a better buy? Are these good cuts? They look like it. Both are GIA certed stone

#2 can be a better cut - smaller table at the same depth.

How about visible inclusions in #2 from the face up position? What about inclusions in #1?

I haven't seen the stones yet, I take it #1 is a VS2 not visible to the eye, so it's all right whereas #2 is eye clean SI, accordin to jeweller.

so #2 seems more expensive. How much should #2 cost if 15% off rap price. I don't know how to calculate price given to arrive at rap price.

For this size it is not so streaght forward. You can see inclusions in both especially from pavilion. Then you have to decide whether you ok with it.

Yes according to rap but as I said it looks like a better cut so it's ok.

1) Would #2 faces up white up like an H bc medium flourescence?

2) I thought GIA eye-clean SI u can't see inclusions w/out a loop. I shall check to see. For resale later on just in case, would I be better off with the H/VS2?

3)Price difference btw H/VS2 and I/SI1 is almost 6k. If I/SI w/flourescence faces up like an H, and stone is eye clean, would this be a better buy for the $?

Possible but you have to see yourself

No GIA is more forgiving when it comes to large diamonds. It can be eye-clean but don't be surprised if you'll be able to see inclusions especially from a side or bottom. Just make sure you don't see anything in face up position.

I honestly don't know... In the Internet most stones are sold in F-H color grades but this is much bigger size and $$.
