This past February I bought my wife a right hand ring at Fortunoffs, needless to say they are out of business and can''t get warranty work from them. That''s the way it goes.
To best describe the ring, it is a tri-color style, with 3 metal, interlocing rings, with very small diamonds on 2 of the rings (strands). One of the tiny diamonds fell out, shared prong set. They are small, probably .02 carats each, you get the idea.
We live in Westchester County, NY, and would like to get this repaired with insertion of a diamond. The diamond is not easily accessable, it is right under the ring/loop on top of it.
Any suggestoins where I could take it for repair? thanks.
