That ring is going to be a real stunner when it's finished! It's nice that you were able to use her first e-ring to make the wedding band, so that the original ring is still with you.
Well I received final pic's of the finished ring yesterday and thought I'd share them with everyone. Mark said the type of lighting used to take the final pic's didn't really capture how saturated the sapphires really are and it kind of makes them look dark and inky, but these Homer cut sapphires are a true stunning blue..
From start to finish it took Mark about 6 weeks from the time I inquired to fabricate this ring. Throughout the duration, he was polite, professional and I was very happy with his service and final product....
Mark didn't send photos of the platinum band he refabricated shown in the earlier post, but it will also be accompanying this ring..
WOW! It is beautiful! I love the half bezels, and the overall look. MM's work is so fluid looking. Congratulations on creating a beautiful and unique ring.
Josh, I love how so much of the stones are visible from the side. Great choice on the half-bezel. That ring is truly gorgeous. Sapphires and diamonds...yummy!
I love it Josh!! The sapphires are indeed an excellent contrast to the icy whiteness of the stone and the platinum metals. Kudos to Mark for an excellent job and to you for having such imagination! Can't wait to see it on Regina's finger!
Is there a head-on shot? The angled ones show off the detail amazingly, but I want to see the power of the three stones head-on!
