Recs for an OEC stone?

Hi everyone, I haven't been here since you all helped me with my family stone recut. I'm now interested in shopping for a diamond ring to celebrate my upcoming 25th anniversary. I learned a lot about modern round stones the last time I was here, but now I'm interested in an OEC solitaire to be put in a simple yellow gold setting. Low color is fine, I'd rather not go below S1 clarity, and I'd like to get the largest, most lovely stone I can find for under $8k. Can any OEC experts weigh in? Thanks.
